For agencies
The Agency plan turns Wakora into something you resell: separate workspaces per client, one wholesale bill to you, and a console wearing your brand on your domain.
Clients
The Clients module is the agency's superview: every client workspace with its health at a glance.
- Add client (company name plus the client's email) creates the client workspace immediately and invites that person as its owner.
- Your staff is inside automatically: agency owners and admins get admin access in every client workspace, responders get responder access, all through the normal workspace switcher. Staff that leaves the agency loses client access with it.
- You assign each client any plan from the catalog; that sets their feature ceiling.
- Clients never see billing: their console has no billing module, just a "managed by" note. The money side is yours entirely.
- Detach releases a client workspace back to standalone.
Wholesale billing
You pay your own plan by card, plus your clients' actual usage at wholesale per-unit prices (hosts, sites, APM, RUM, devices, logs, status pages), all on one bill charged together with your renewal. What you charge your clients is your business: Wakora never bills them.
White label
Settings, White label rebrands the console your clients see:
- Brand: your name, logo, and a full color palette (pickers plus presets, with a live preview). The brand palette becomes the console's one theme on your domain.
- Console address: a subdomain slug (
youragency.console.wakora.io, live immediately with TLS) or your own domain: point a CNAME atapp.wakora.io, the console verifies the record and obtains and renews the certificate for your name by itself; the status of that certificate is shown on the White label page. - Outbound email: invites and alert mails carry your brand; optionally they relay through your own SMTP (with a test button). If your SMTP fails, delivery falls back to Wakora's infrastructure and you get a warning incident, so client alerts never silently die with a mail server.
On your branded domain there is no Wakora anywhere: the sign-in page, invite and
password pages and every email speak your brand, and there is no self-signup (your
clients arrive by invite). Microsoft and Google sign-in still work there. The one
deliberately unbranded piece is the agent itself, which stays wakora on client
servers: it is the neutral, source-available engine under the hood.
